Flu vaccinations in school on Friday 15th November
Dear Parents / Carers,
The School Nurse team will be in school on Friday 15th November to deliver the Flu vaccination programme to pupils in Reception through to Year 6.
Please find attached the letter with link for you to complete if you want your child to receive this vaccination. The deadline for completing this link is Tuesday 12th November.
If you do not have IT access, paper copies of this letter are available from the school office.
