Minerva Primary Academy pupils inspired at careers event

Pupils at Minerva Primary Academy recently took part in their very own careers event, designed to inspire and inform the next generation about the world of work.

Key Stage 2 pupils had the opportunity to hear from a wide variety of guest speakers who shared insights into their industries, job roles, entry requirements, and the skills needed to succeed.

The event provided pupils with a valuable glimpse into future pathways, sparking their curiosity and encouraging them to think about their own aspirations and ambitions.

A spokesperson for the academy said: “It was fantastic to see our pupils so engaged and inspired by the talks.

“Events like these are crucial in helping children broaden their horizons and understand the wide range of opportunities available to them.

“We’re incredibly grateful to all the volunteers who gave up their time to support our pupils learning and future ambitions.”
